Legal Notice Regarding Fees

Missouri statute (RSMo §486.685) caps statutory notarial act fees at $5 per signature. Mobile convenience fees, loan signing fees, printing fees, and all additional service fees listed below are NOT capped by Missouri statute and are separately disclosed to the client as required by law prior to any appointment.

At Faye & Faith Notary Services, every appointment is handled with accuracy, care, and professionalism. Below is a clear breakdown of standard fees, mobile service charges, and deposit requirements. Pricing may vary based on document type, travel distance, and appointment needs.

A $25 deposit is required for most individual appointments over $20. Large signings (loan packages, reverse mortgages, commercial documents) require a 50% deposit. Services $20 and under must be paid in full at booking. Title companies, lenders, hospitals, and law firms are exempt from deposits. Deposits secure your appointment and allow for document review. Reschedules within 7 days may apply deposits; no‑shows may require a new deposit.

1. Submit Your Documents   Email documents for review to confirm notarial requirements and prepare for your appointment.

2. Confirm Your Appointment   Services $20 and under require full payment. Services over $20 require a deposit.

3. Prepare for Your Signing   All signers must have valid, unexpired government‑issued ID. Documents must be complete with no blank spaces.

4. Mobile Notary Arrival   I arrive on time and prepared. Signers must sign in my presence.

5. Completion & Payment   Remaining balance collected at the appointment. Receipt provided.

6. Professional Follow Up   Available for questions, additional services, and future notarizations.
